i want to get information on coma's, i want to know what causes them and how the mind works while in a coma, i also want to know about interactive comas, where people interact with others that are also in a coma.....where would i find information like this? i want to buy some books on this subject, but don't know where to go? I'd go to a medical university book store.
I can give you this link to a booklet that explains an assist for an unconscious person that was used on my mother in law when she was in a coma and it brought her out of it.

There are also other assists to help people in different situations (such as injury or illness).
