How do you now this is the right career you have chosen?

i have been working at a company and was very happy the only thing was that they did not see my abilities until it was to late. i have found a great job in someones elses eyes , but you dont work with people its only on the phone and when you went for the interview they made it sound like it was a job that you will be busy interact with people. and you would just be busy .believe i like to work on something that drives me,

now i am just sitting here wish i had a job were you interact with people and enjoy ur day.

had an offer resently told my boss about it and he was not happy for me. and he made me feel like i have berayed him.where is i am not happy here ,and i think i will never be.

if i could turn back the time i would .How do you now this is the right career you have chosen?
I'm an employment specialist and I always encourage people to think about hobbies and interest that they have and things that they like to do. In fact a little exercise that I have them do is to list on paper on one side the hobbies and interest they have and on the other side list ALL the job skills that they feel they have. Then take a look at the two lists, can you connect any of those together? If so you might want to look into a job that would allow you to do something that you feel you're good at and also enjoy!!! Example: I have a BIG hobby of snow skiing and if I didn't already have and love my current job, I might think about becoming a certified ski instructor. If you have any additional questions or would like some additional input you can e-mail me at skibum0109@yahoo.com. Hope I've helped!!!How do you now this is the right career you have chosen?
Maybe you should look for things to make your job more interesting. Employ your creativity and reform work systems there so that the company runs efficiently, you interact with newer need based clients and get more leisure time to meet your friends. If that really isn't possible, look for other work, but don;t give this up just yet. Quit only when you find a certain deal elsewhere.
This job is better then no job. No job is a real bummer!

If you are truly unhappy, then look elsewhere.
