Shy/scared to talk to people?

I'm kind of shy to talk to people since I'm just learning English well i would say shy and scared at the same time because my adcent is different and sometimes i can't pronounce some words correct so sometimes when people are having a conversation i would just stay there looking and listening at them but i won't make any comment or anything so any tip on how to interact with people and get to know them...Shy/scared to talk to people?
First of all, being a good listener is a great skill to have when getting to know others, just as it is a necessary skill in learning a foreign language. Be patient with yourself...the language (and social experience) will come with time.

Do you have certain activities and hobbies that put you at ease when you do them? I bet you would feel more comfortable with your attempts at the English language if you could interact with others as you involved yourself in something you enjoyed. As an example: my niece is learning Spanish and feels A LOT more comfortable trying out that language with some of the Spanish-speaking kids on her soccer team than she does with stressing through her Spanish class.

Hope I helped you out a little. Good luck to you!Shy/scared to talk to people?
I'm shy too (:

But I'm learning to be better.

Its okay if you have an accent. Lots of people have accents.

Just interact with people and talk with confidence.

Try to talk about a random observation or compliment.

Voila, you start the conversation. =]
The more you TALK English, the better you learn it... but don't worry about what people think of you about it.

:)
