Is a Sociology degree right for this?

I have always been a ';people watcher'; and find it very intriguing how people interact with eachother. Specifically how people interact at bars, clubs, and other ';first impression'; situations. Also more specifically, the ';Alpha Male'; type personality. Is this something I can pursue studying with a Sociology degree?

Also, what type of jobs would be worth considering where I could continue to utilize my interest?Is a Sociology degree right for this?
A Sociology degree, Communication, or Psyc. degree is good. Learning on how people interact with each other is more with a communication degree. Hope this helps.
