That's all their is to it! =]How to interact with people around me?
never try to entertain someone.... just be urself. if u have a story to tell, tell it. jokes are always fun and personally thats what makes me love my friends. if they were ur friends, u obviously have already interacted with them and u shouldnt be shy around them. dont worry too much ur friends love u the way u are.
You don't really say very much about the nature of your problem, or how severely it is affecting your life, so there is too little information to come to a good diagnosis. Possibilities include innocuous problems like simply not being with the right group of people. Or it may be due to a major problem like depression or anxiety disorder (very common in your age group).

If it's a big problem in your life, get counseling and/or assertiveness training.

If it's only a minor problem, you can do exercises to reduce shyness. See my answer to this question:

Making new friends and filling your life with a lot of activity will help, too. See my answer to this question for a lot of great tips for meeting tones of cool people:

One thing you definitely do is read ';How to Win Friends and Influence People'; by Dale Carnegie. It's filled with absolutely brilliant ideas about meeting people and starting conversations with them. Even though it was written more than seventy years ago, it's still THE BIBLE of training yourself how to be interesting to other people. No bullsht or ';happy magic'; answers. Just solid, time-tested, practical advice. You can find it in just about any bookstore. It's not a run-of-the-mill self-help book, but a real storehouse of factual and usable information that has stood the test of time.

Hope this all helps.

Good luck!
I'm English. We complain. We are nationally prepared for silence. ';How's about this weather then?'; kind of does it. ';Did you watch the match last night? That was NOT a penalty'; also.

If your nationality has anything similar, use it.
