Can an extrovert have poor social skills?

It seems like only introverts are the ones who are ';shy'; or have bad social skills. Since extroverts naturally like being around people more often, I feel that they would learn more quickly how to interact with people and what not to say, do, etc.

But is it possible for an extrovert to be shy or to have bad social skills? Do you know anyone like this?Can an extrovert have poor social skills?
Kinda hard for an extrovert to be shy, but bad social skills? Sure. That's just someone who loves to talk, but refuses to listen.
