How do i get close to people?

It's a problem that I've had for quite some time now. When a girl wants to hug me, I just can't. I usually reply with a very strident ';NO!'; I just can't interact with other people in an intimate and physical manner.How do i get close to people?

You must allow yourself to get close to people . We all need someone.

I don't just hug anyone. Do you hug your family ?

At church we hug one another. The woman hug the woman in a godly like hug and the men the same way. We are like a family. If you consider yourself close to someone you should allow yourself to be hugged and break that spirit.

My daughter is not a hugger, but when she comes home she allow herself to be hugged. Sometimes the hug is not for you but for them. I hug my daughter, because it is my way of showing affection.How do i get close to people?
you have some issues but try to deal with them yourself first, try going up to someone and hugging them

not randomly though or they will be like whattt
dont panic. just a hug. it doesnt need to be all tight and long. haha, practice with a teddy bear (= hugging is fun.
